We had to move across the country, which meant we wouldn't be present for any of the repairs, staging, photography, or paperwork. Juan took care of every single detail for us. After we hired him, we exchanged maybe 6 phone calls and 10 emails TOTAL, over the course of the two months it took to stage, post, and sell our place! It was so easy. Juan was always available right away, down to the detail of forwarding an important package when I accidentally sent it to my old address. He was unfailingly patient and kind. He explained everything clearly, and handled every service appointment, condo association interaction, and buyer question personally. I can't recommend him enough!
